I had a surprisingly great stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices during the Fringe festival. The attention to detail was impressive, with the modern block, spacious rooms with beds on either ends, and a nice common room with a flatscreen TV. The staff were lovely and accommodating, making us feel welcome even when we returned at 3am. And to top it off, the breakfast had a wide selection, including gluten free items, which was a pleasant surprise.
No complaints - everything was just fine.

Located on the outskirts of town, this hotel offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the bustling city center. Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll up Arthur's Seat for a beautiful view. the rooms are basic but provide all the necessary amenities, including a TV and tea/coffee tray. the staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist guests with their needs. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including porridge, continental options, and cooked breakfasts.
The signage within the hotel could be improved, as some guests had difficulty finding their way around or locating the exits.

Great breakfast selection and friendly staff. Convenient location near a beautiful park and within walking distance to attractions. Good value for money.
Basic, plain rooms with limited amenities. No frills hotel, nothing fancy or luxurious.
